The Realme GT 5G

Flagship Killer

Real me is best known for their budget mid-rangers, but with the real me gt 5g. They've increased their game. It's a true flagship killer that's now going global, and other mid-rangers from the likes of Xiaomi and Samsung may need to keep an eye on their backs. The design of the real me gt5g is quite interesting. The curved back panel is made of glass, and the phone feels nice in the hand. It's on the lighter side, and the slightly curved plastic frame isn't too slippery there's also a racing theme.

Color Accuracy

The phone's display is a 6.43-inch AMOLED with a 1080p resolution and a punch hole at the top for the selfie can it's plenty sharp and contrasty thanks to OLED technology and you have hdr 10 plus support color accuracy is great especially if you tweak the colors through settings and brightness is good too. We measured around 440 nits maximum with a slider which boosts to 650 nits in auto mode the phone's display is a yellow version of the real.

 CPU and GPU performance

The realme gt5 gs display also has a fast 120hz refresh rate which is quite popular these days the high refresh rate makes swiping the UI and scrolling content much smoother and it will revert to 60hz when you stop interacting with the display to save power there is also a responsive 360-hertz touch sampling rate but unfortunately, high frame rate gaming isn't supported here any of the games we tried pushed beyond 60 fps which is quite disappointing. The realme gt5g utilizes a similar snapdragon 888 chipsets as a portion of the current year's top Android leads, and the real me gt is capable of handling the most demanding android games, and as you'd expect, both CPU and GPU performance are heavenly. On top of having a smooth and hiccup-free interface and support for 5g connectivity.

   Fingerprint Scanner

The realme gt can handle the most demanding Android games. After an hour-long stress test, the phone wasn't that hot, but we still experienced significant thermal throttling it's worth noting that we didn't experience slowdowns in an actual game though alright moving on to audio quality. The realme gt has both a headphone jack and a pair of stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. They're well-balanced and scored well on our loudness charts. The sound quality is adequate but not exceptional, with well-presented highs but lackluster mids and bass. On the real me gt 5g, you have the option of 128 or 256 gigabytes of storage, and that's it; it's not expandable. The blazing-fast under-display fingerprint scanner can be used to wake up and unlock the phone.

  Multitask

The phone's interface is based on Android 11 and is called real Miui 2.0. is fluid and responsive, and it has a fairly standard appearance. Some unique features include the ability to minimize an app to a mini window or a floating window from within the task manager, which is useful if you multitask. There's also a smart task manager. Similar to what you'd find on a Samsung phone, there's a smart sidebar at the bottom of the screen for storing shortcuts.

  Battery

The realme UI 2.0 has a game space app that makes managing your game's performance and notification behavior a lot easier, and the UI is quite customizable between different themes wallpapers icon packs, and styles for the always-on display. Powering all of these features is a 4500 milliamp-hour battery, and the realme gt does a nice job in terms of battery life, scoring an endurance rating of 98 hours in our proprietary tests, one of the best we've seen. It comes with a massive 65 watt super dart charger.

Cameras

At last, we should discuss the cameras. We were able to charge the phone from zero to 87 in 30 minutes, and the battery was fully charged seven minutes later. The real me gt5 g has a 64-megapixel quad bare main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. 16-megapixel photos from the main camera are decent but not flagship grid. They have low noise accurate colors and excellent contrast and dynamic range but while there is enough detail the fine details and textures often come out smeared by the processing and you can sometimes see an oil painting kind of effect. These are sharp and detailed, with good colors and contrast. The ultra wide's 8-megapixel photos are good, with enough detail, low noise, and a wide dynamic range. Close-up shots from the 2-megapixel macro cam are decent. they're colorful and have a good amount of detail for this resolution. The color rendition is different from the main cams, with a more reddish tint. Since there is no autofocus here, getting a sharp photo was a challenge. Sophie's photos are taken with a 16-megapixel front-facing camera, so they have only average detail, but the contrast colors and dynamic range are excellent in low light.

The main camera takes decent photos with balanced exposure, There are some clipped highlights visible here and there thanks to the gentle noise reduction if the light is low enough night mode will automatically kick in or you can turn it on with a toggle these photos have a brighter exposure more resolved detail and saturated colors the effect is nice though highlights remain clipped here the low light photos from the ultra-wide camera are not good while they offer good colors they are soft and daring The exposure is much better, the sharpness is excellent.

Video

The real me gt can record video and up to 4k resolution with its main camera and there's always electronic stabilization and all resolutions and modes at 30fps the 4k video quality is great with plenty of detail low noise accurate colors and above-average dynamic range the real me gt can record video and up to 4k resolution with its main camera and there's always on electronic stabilization and all resolutions and modes at 30fps The ultra-wide cam can only shoot at a resolution of 1080p, and the quality is only average. The dynamic range is narrow, and there's a noticeable reddish tinge. With the realme gt5g, you get an ostentatious arrangement, a fantastic-looking 120hz AMOLED, and pioneer chipset sound framework, speakers. For a much lower price, you can get a good battery life, super-fast charging, and a good set of cameras. Even though you have the high refresh rate screen, there is no support for high fps gaming, and we did notice some thermal throttling affecting the chipset when it's under heavy stress, but on the off chance that you're not a no-nonsense gamer and couldn't care less about those things, the realme gt5g offers a huge load of significant worth and merits suggesting.
